All our products are digital so you will not receive any physical products in the mail.
All our products will be delivered to you via email after your checkout is completed.
If you do not receive your digital product login info within 2 hours of checkout, please reach out to [email protected] and they'll help you get access as soon as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Alyssa J. Dillon, Inc., we understand that circumstances can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility and clarity when it comes to cancellations. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand our terms.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Monthly Subscriptions:
Customers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions:
Customers may cancel their annual subscription at any time.
If you cancel within 30 days of the initial purchase, you will receive a full refund.
After 30 days, no refunds will be provided, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the subscription period.

EVENT OF SERVICE RESERVATIONS

Workshops, Masterclasses, and Retreats:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 14-30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date.
Transfers to another person are allowed up to 7 days before the event date without any additional charge.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
No-shows will be charged the full session cost.

General Policies

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
